Mr. John is great and very timely with delivery of product. I had him customize more yetis for me and my boyfriend. The orange yeti is perfect and I got a lot of compliments on it at work. My boyfriend also loved his black yeti. They came out very high quality, definitely better than the personalizations available on Etsy.

Mr. John was very quick with answering all questions and concerns i had at the moment. The quality and processing time of his work was outstanding, perfect and quick. I had wanted him to engrave a name on the back of an watch that would have taken weeks for an company to do and Mr. John finished within 2 hours. John really came through for us when we were in a bind. Our TV show production was wrapping up and we wanted to get 25 Yeti’s engraved for our crew with our logo. Ordered a custom designed Yeti. Unfortunately, an inventory complication occurred in the color of the Rambler. Lazer Gifts by Zen corrected the miscommunication immediately exceeding my expectations with great customer service. Thus, I ordered another custom laser engraved Yeti which was a excellent color, design and expeditious delivery.
